Helmet STAR has released new ratings for 53 helmets, with prices ranging from $25 to $595. The ratings include:

• 9 general helmets
• 19 road helmets
• 12 open-face mountain bike helmets
• 3 full-face mountain bike helmets
• 4 WRD helmets
• 6 child helmets

Among adult helmets, the Trek Starvos WaveCel achieved the highest score of 94.5 (5 stars). In the child helmet category, the Trek Tyro, priced at $70, received the top rating.
